Neighbour Notification Service

Not sure how to go about approaching your neighbours to partake in the replacement / installation of your boundary fence then we can help. We are pleased to offer you our Neighbour Notification Service to contact your neighbour’s to inform them of your intention to construct a new boundary paling fence and seek their approval to pay half of the costs.
For a small upfront fee of $32.50 Inc. GST. we will do all that is required to gather your neighbour’s contact information from the council, write to them sending a cover letter, a notice to fence document and a copy of our accepted quotation on your behalf. We will refund the total fee to you by deducting it from your share of the fence construction once the fence has been completed therefore making this a free service to you. (Please note: if more than one neighbour is required to be notified then please add $11 per additional neighbour)
We will deal with your neighbour’s in regards to all paper work required and payments. We will inform you once we have confirmation from your neighbour’s of start dates etc. Likewise we will also inform you of your neighbour’s refusal to partake in the cost of the fence at which point you will need to decide on what course of action to take next.
